The Challenge

Orderworkwear needed to simplify a very broad, custom B2B workwear offer (over 20,000 products, multiple print and embroidery options, small and large orders) into a clear, easy‑to‑understand online experience for different buyer types.​

  • The previous ecommerce experience did not fully answer key questions about artwork, minimums, lead times, delivery, and nationwide coverage, causing hesitation and lower conversion from visitors to enquiries or orders.​

  • Corporate and repeat customers lacked a streamlined digital journey for bulk quotes, managed contracts, and repeat orders, creating operational inefficiencies and extra manual communication for the internal team.

What we did

Redesigned the digital storefront: Created a structured, easy‑to‑navigate ecommerce site with clear product categories, corporate options, and prominent CTAs to guide users from browsing to order or enquiry.​

Clarified value and trust signals: Reworked homepage and key page messaging to spotlight in‑house production, London‑made quality, fast delivery, premium print and embroidery, secure checkout, and support for both small and large contracts.​

Provided web consulting on the customer journey: Aligned pages, FAQs, delivery information, and contact routes with real ordering and production workflows so bulk, repeat, and contract customers have a smoother path to placing and managing orders.​
